They should tone down their big claims

The company is good with the talks and the presentation but fails at delivering it. That's the case with nearly everything. The promotions are not all real first of all. Secondly, they take toooo long to deliver. Lastly, they never refilled my dropping subscribers. The staff didn't even respond to my messages about it.
