Really upset selected frame and received one different..

purchased for my father to gift him.my bad experience ever received courier with different frame. also invoice and prescription was with my name which is wrong. Asked them to update with Father name but they told its not possible to change. Paid full amount by mistake, regretting badly for it.. Also received courier after 16 days of purchase. I need refund and want to return. Please do the needful. Thank you. Location : Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.
