Cheating - Items picked up by Netmeds and now No Refund / Replacement

My Issue Ticket number: 6333346390 My order number: 16327589339017370M Items: Lp Wrist Splint Right (l) (725) Rs.956.25 Lp Wrist Splint Left (l) (725) Rs.956.25 It was incorrect size so I initiated the return request which was approved by the Netmeds Escalation team. The items were picked as it is in the original package by the Netmeds courier. Now I have received the refund for one item only and still since loong awaiting either the refund for the second item.
