ORDER No.076423403608; Medium size is my usual order for all Brands viz. Marks and Spencer, H&M and Westside/ TataCliq but here it turns out, that the medium size I received I want to change because I think that larger would have been the right size for me in this Brand but I have been trying to reach out to them through phone/email but they have no solution, either they should refund my money or replace it with the next size, fabIndia needs to learn a lot from Amazon, the most popular and successful online platform, I must have bought 25-50 products for the past 2-3 years ranging from costly home appliances to the humble mask, all products of day-to-day use but there return Policy is seamless, never had an issue while return though I have returned just 2-3 items so far, like scarf( because of the fabric ) suitcase( because it was too small, I ordered the next size and I immediately got it, fabIndia should close down its online sale, it is a great NUISANCE if you cannot manage return
