Hello friends, I have bought i7 ear buds from zookr.in at Rs 699. That was my first try. It is refurbished product but zookr has given 1 year warranty so just tried to buy lowest amount product. Product delivered successfully no issue but after few day right side ear bud got problem it is not working then I have requested on [email protected] for helping out me for this issue the demand me to provide video to explaing issue what I am facing. And product pictures with their purchase details. then they sent acknowledge mail to me. After 2 days they send another mail to me that please provide you mobile registered no, Tracking ID, Unboxing video and brief issue which I am facing . As per their requirements i have provided my registered mobile no., Issue description and ask to check Tracking ID from your side one is very fullish way to asking unboxing video. Why should I record this? if am not aware about this defective product. So others companies can give replacement gurrenty zookr. Is not helping to costumer. Now they stop interacting with me. I think the can keep mail format as per laws. They don't want to return any defective products to constomer but by law they want to be safe in market. So I requested to all friends please don't go with zookr.in don't waste your money.
