I ordered a power bank from ZOOKR. They are just picking the items from a scrap shop or dealer and cheating the people with it. The product i received was just like a used one and despite its not working properly and not the one i ordered for. I ordered on 22/11/18, received product on 27/11/18,. I mailed complaint on 28/11/18 with the images and all required details. Mailed bk as YOUR CASE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. What does it mean?
