We were horrified to find that a review has been put in our name on the Wooden Street website, that too a positive one, when we DID NOT submit it at all and were infact SO upset after receiving the 6 seater Aritva Dining Set. This was communicated to Wooden Street by email and the carpenters were sent who clicked the pics posted as our review. When we sent our review with a complaint and pictures they WERE NOT POSTED. So this chor company is MANIPULATING the REVIEWS by discarding the unfavorable ones and instead ACTUALLY putting FALSE ones. THIS IS CRIMINAL. We are completely dissatisfied with the supposed high end piece purchased online, believing Wooden Street to be of some standard. Pls check the pics for an extremely faulty piece made to measurements which are not standardised ones and also different from the ones put on their website. It is impossible to sit on this Dining Table and Chair set. The finish is also abominable with cracks on the surface, and the Table is actually ply, not Teak as mentioned on the site. We are also fed up of their awful and non existent after sales service and non redressal of our case. Suchitra Nair
