Worst place for cakes

I ordered online a Chocolate Truffle cake yesterday from the HSR layout branch.. The cake was lumpy and hard and was not edible. I did lodge a complaint on whatsapp with back office. His attitude was terrible and gave me the standard answer that he will inform the person concerned and will ensure that it will not happen in the future. My money has gone down the drain. Any other company would have refunded the amount but not the case with Cakezone. AVOID ORDERING FROM CAKEZONE...HORRIBLE BAKER AND TERRIBE PRODUCT.
