Hello all, I have read some negative reviews here and I totally resonate with the experience. It hurts to pay them thousands of bucks for such inferior quality of product. Where is the money going of their so-called consumer care team doesn't care about consumer at all? Is this what they call a brand? People, we need to get together and create bigger noise!
