The caption above is being faced for 4 days now. I have been trying to pay for my electricity bill. The email address [email protected] has replied that it is no longer monitored. The IVR contact numbers are all useless. Paytm is worse than Indian bureaucracy. It makes you go around in circles. Most unhelpful, it has hit the pits. I demand immediate redressal.
