The Support system doesn't care about there users

How ironic is them listing out user support as a feature. Because they don't care at all. Your money is all that matters. Once you've given it to them, you'll have to wait for days and weeks for them to respond to your issues. My YouTube views were decreasing and they didn't seem to care at all.
