The retention rate just sucks

Their retention rate is wayyyy below average. Everything i buy, some portion of it just ends up disappearing. They might not make a difference but i have paid for them and they should stay as long as I want them to be honestly. It feels like I'm jjst losing my money for views that last month. Which is just pointless. Needs to be fixed asap.
