Support system is not so supportive

Man these guys should really take away their claims about support and what not. A support department is supposed to make user feel better not worse. But that's exactly what they have done here. I was incredibly unsatisfied with the speed of growth on my account so i contacted them to know what was going on. Took then a day to reply to my query and still they kept circling arouns instead of explaining anything or taking any actions. Waste of time and money.
