It exists as a formality and doesn't help the user one bit. At least not with me. I contacted them countless times about canceling my subscription midway but they weren't up for a conclusive convo. Even worse, I had to wait for hours for every single reply. They got on my nerves so bad. At last they did listen and at least told me the way I could cancel it. That's their only saving grace to be honest.
