Scam for identity

Its a scam, I applied for the Instagram Badge and while using their WhatsApp help desk they asked for my SS# passport address utility bills etc every document you would need to scam someone. The only thing they should need is your Instagram Username and press release to state who you are that justifies you needing the badge.
