Pathetic app and response from your team-PlS refund my money immediately

I had ordered a jacket on 23rd Jan for 1800/- that was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Feb. So far app says it will be delivered by 2nd Feb however we are on 8th Feb today. I have called the call center, send messages, emails and nothing is favorably responded. Looks like my money is wasted and this is a learning not just for me but for everyone not to fell in the trap and lose money with them. The order id is OF62E91 and Tracking ID is 81116965882. I have made 7 calls already Payment was made through card. Will you ever refund and acknowledge the complaints made on your own system??? Pls Never buy through them.#NNNOWfraudapp #neverbuythruNNNOW
