Not happy with the overall service

I am not satisfied with anything I have experienced with them as of yet. It begins right from the start that is their plans and pricing. They ask too much for what they offer. Too expensive in terms of their quality. The speeds are average and there is no drop protection at all. You lose a small part of almost everything you buy and that too permanently. Not a fan.
