There is a lot of things that they can improve upon and should do as soon as possible. First of all, I would like to mention their pricing itself. The prices definitely need to be lowered. They aren't too expensive at the first glance but it becomes apparent when you experience their quality. Speaking of quality, they just need to improve their retention rate. Provide drop protection or implement automatic replacements for the lost likes, subs or views.
