Lost my subs once but they sent new

I had heard many instances where people start losing subs or views after some time. In my first plan of 250 subs, nothing like that happened. But in the next plan i noticed they started disappearing after a while. So i contacted the staff and they said they provide drop protection and the subs will be soon restored with new ones. And that happened in like 3 4 hours and the number were back to how they were.
