My brother gifted me a croma earbuds I'm facing 3 problem with this earbuds so I said to croma service centre they told me they can't help me just for this little scratches and I'm facing charging issue connection issue they don't help me so I'm not satisfy with croma if I don't get any facilities then next time I'm not going there to buy anything this is my 2nd problem and they don't help me out
