I appreciate the people that are responsible for handling users so much. This is the first time an online representative has been so helpful to me. I didn't know that we could track orders. I asked them the status of my delivery. Not only did they update me but also sent me the link where I could keep tracking it live. Amazing how they took time out for even a small query like this.
