Followers count went down within a week

It has only been a week since I shopped with them and I'm having a bad time already. I bought Twitter followers from the site and surprisingly they arrived rather fast. That was the only positive. A lot of them are already disappearing for whatever reason. I have contacted them about it but they haven't replied in 2 days.
