Failed to impress me yet

I have been their user for a decent amount of time now. Im not quitting on them yet but might soon. They have really failed to impress me in any way. Very average in almost all the department. Wouldn't have been a problem if they were at least cheaper than their competitors. I dont feel like they are helping me in any way. There is no point of continuing anymore unless they make some changes.
