I bought apple plus 6 on 8 oct 2018 from The product reached me on 17 oct 2018. when I unbox the parcel I found in the box bad product. The Product order id is ; ee5986e7-4d58-4f34-916d-7ed32ec0ec7b The tracking id no. is 69630936443. My Registered mobile no is 9890777541 . Then I tried to contact zookr by email ([email protected]) and their customer care 0124-3864638 each & every day from 01 oct 2018 to till today, but they did not the response on my email and my call. the seller contact no.9718944222 is also wrong it is always eighter switch off or not reachable. They gave a mobile no.( 011-40391536 ) by email is also a wrong mobile no., after that their customer care executive gave me an email address [email protected] to send me to complain again but the message could not be sent due to a wrong email address. I saw the customer review on another site 99% customer has the same problem as me. the conclusion of total customer's reviews and my problem I think the online shopping company( is a fraud company. The Government should take action against the company ( as soon as possible. I send them to email several time with an attachment of photo & video of the product, which they demand by email. they reply my email alway dasahara holiday and drop email tomarrow
