They have a legitimate drop protection service. They claim that they check every 24 hours to see if any of the likes or follows have dropped. I didn't know if it was true but i finally believed it after i lost my couple of likes. Instead of contacting them i waited to see if it was true and it indeed was. My number were back to normal within a day.
