Even the small orders take too long

One of the very first things that grabbed my attention here was their instant delivery. The orders are supposed to begin delivering within minutes of delivery but that happens rarely. I have ordered many times and it always takes too long. It is understandable with bigger orders but even in the smaller ones it is the same. Delivery speeds are nowhere near their claims. Hope they do something about it soon.
