Consistency is the biggest problem

They mention instant delivery in their plans but I am yet to experience that. But they arent too late so dont really mind it. I have no problem waiting and it's not like I have had to wait for weeks. The problem is their consistency. You are never sure how long your order will take. One order you get within the day you order and the next takes 3 days. This is what i find frustrating.
