We ordered a toy for our granddaughter's Christmas present and were assured it would arrive quickly. Several weeks went by with no delivery. Tomtop told us to be 'patient'. Christmas came and went with no package. We contacted Paypal to dispute the payment and eventually we did receive the item. Unfortunately is was NOT the item ordered. Our first clue was that the package was damaged and the item was the wrong color. Upon opening the package it was evident this was a USED product.....the screws for the battery compartment were stripped. Because they were alerted by Paypal that we were reporting the non delivery we were sent JUNK. We are able to send it back, but it would cost more than we paid for the item. A reputable company would have sent a return postage sticker or would have said to discard the product and refund our money. I know some people have had a good response from TomTop, we are not one of them. If you want to take a chance that you will get what you ordered and in a timely fashion.…...Good luck.
