On 26-Nov I had placed an order having Order # 100613739 (Order ID: PL100613739). Although at the end of the payment, it mentioned that I will receive an email confirmation regarding my order, but till now I have not received any order confirmation email. Despite of so many follow up via various channels (email, WhatsApp messages to 8448498154 and calls to 011 - 42 222 888) there has not been any update from your end. The committed delivery date of 06-December-2020 (screenshot attached) has also passed. Looks like this is a FRAUD eCommerce site just taking money without delivering the products.
