Average retention rate

I have had pretty much a mixed experience with them. I dont really hate them but one thing that i very much dislike is their retention rate. Retention rate basically represents how likely your bought views or likes are to stay up without disappearing. Stormviews performs very average in this department which is disappointing. They begin to disappear rather quickly than other services i have tried. Please do something about it.
