1. They do not do any quality control of items they sell thru their site. So the items are of very poor quality which is very hard to determine on the screen. 2. The return policy for overseas purchase is changed now and it has to be shipped back to India, unlike in the past I could return it to a location/ agent in the USA. 3. So now I had to incur additional charges to ship the item back to India. Not only that, five days after shipping the item cannot be tracked further by USPS as it has landed in India, and it has been six weeks since and the items cannot be traced. Jaypore was sent the mailing receipt and tracking info immediately after mailing. So now I have lost the merchandise / cost of merchandise and paid additional return fees. THEY DO NOT CARE!!
