I have been associated with soch since last five years.. really disappointed to say that i am fed up from your store in kanpur UTTAR PRADESH. Recently I have purchased a blouse 25 days back and gave it for alteration. Today my husband collected the same because my office is at a distant location.. to my surprise again the blouse has not been moved an inch. They didn't do the alternation and said to come to the store and we will do it. Yahi karti rahun main??? I am really disappointed by the services there and request you to change one of two staff there as they are exploiting the brand. Manmani chal rahi hai wahan... Rest your wish.. Horrible really..

I am a regular customer of Soch store and my family members went for shopping in Soch Lucknow Phoenix Mall this Sunday,14th July 2019.The female staff members were very courteous.They showed us all the latest variety of clothes with current offers.While billing the staff member Mahesh refused to give us the offers as promised by female staff.It was late evening so female staff had left at the time of billing so they were not present to confirm.We told Mr. Mahesh to show us the products which had offers according to him as he said that the products we chosed were not on offer.He frowned on this.Reluctantly he showed us one or two products and was clearly not willing to show any more.He was extremely rude and was passing sarcastic comments.We even requested him to check the pieces whether they are defective or not before buying as one of the suit piece was defective.He was furious at that and said it is not their job to check the products and customers should check it on their own if they want to buy.We had selected 5-6 pieces to buy.But seeing his behaviour we left all the pieces and did not buy them.He was indifferent to that too.This type of behaviour is not appreciated at least with your old and loyal customers.Staff like Mr. Mahesh spoil the reputation of entire store.Kindly look into this matter and let me know what action are you going to take against your irresponsible and rude staff.

Being a Ladies Product ,Soch should definitely Employ lady employees in all the stores.

Had purchased, cloths from Mall of Mysore of 3 XL. Although it was written 3 XL but size was merely XL and store refused to change it or give the refund. They only insisted to take another clothes of same value where as store was not having sufficient stock to choose out of them. Non Standardized sizes and stupid rule.
