Jane Lu established Showpo back in 2010 from her parents’ garage. Jane earlier worked in accounting and corporate finance, but soon after returning from a year abroad, she was inspired to ditch the “cubicle life,” so she quit her job to start her own business.
It was started with a laptop and two shelves of clothing and is now an online worldwide fashion empire, shipping to 80 countries. Through being troublesome in the retail space and capitalizing on the use of social media, Showpo now features a cult social following of more than 2.8 million.
Showpo presently has 30 employees and the team is continuously growing with their top priority is to nurture the community of trendy, vibrant and bubbly showpo girls. They are all about making the girls feel self-confident, hot and enhancing the inner show pony.
Show Pony Group Pty Ltd utilizes the Fat Zebra Online Payment Gateway for the online credit card transactions. Fat Zebra gives a secure and safe means of collecting payments via the Internet and is a Tier-1 PCI-DSS Certified Gateway.
They accept payment via credit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Afterpay) or PayPal.Showpo shut down all physical stores in 2013, and they’ve been entirely online over the past three years. Their products include Cosmetics, Hair Accessories, Hosiery, Hats, Lingerie, Swimwear, Earrings.
If you wish to return any product without any reason, you can do it within 14 days of receiving your item/s. The items will need to be in their original condition, with all the tags attached, unstained, unworn/unwashed, and footwear in its original box.
If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee of $7.00 and in case you have received a faulty item, they offer the choice of a refund or 120% store credit.
