I had ordered a mobile skin from printvenue and it reached me in utter damaged condition which obviously i wouldn't have been able to use. On nearly 2 weeks of back and forth and follow ups, they say they can arrange a replacement which I refused since i didn't trust their services anymore. When the order was placed, they charged an extra Rs.75 for delivery and failed to deliver it in good condition.
I asked them to refund my money but they said that's not their company policy and they dont refund money. On asking to speak to someone senior, they would say no one is available.
After sending numerous amounts of emails and multiple calls - they only offered a new replacement product which in fact was never sent to me.
Nearly 3 weeks now since I have complained and no action taken from their end. So incompetent and horrible when it comes to providing good services.
The team is incompetent and has failed to reply to all my emails - something as little as this cannot be solved in time. Over that, they also have the audacity to tell me that the product isn't that damaged and can be used irrespective.
