Customers are in love with the collection but have grievances about the delivery and the shipping charges. The delivery seems to lag behind and reached customers later than it is promised. And though they promote free shipping so much, they only have a few items that have free shipping and other items have a higher price. Customers sometimes have reported defective products but Limeroad duly refunds their money.
