We purchase a flat at radiance and used home lane for interiors. We are genuinely disappointed with the services of homelane. We had a quality assurance quality control person and we clearly mentioned all the issues. It has been 20 days still no one has come to resolve the issues. The old used up materials are still left over in the balcony for which we have requested more than many times to resolve. The way they treated us till we have feedback is very different to how we are treated now. With a heavy heart I am writing this. Hope Mr Kaleeswar and team resolve the issues soon.

Just after paying 100% in advance you will be informed that they are not responsible for any timeline. And now you have to accept anything Homelane do or don't do. Their works are below average and most of the working teams are amateur without any responsibility and commitment. They will not listen, not respond and will not accept.

We had booked the homelane for the interior works last year december. As per our conversation we were told that 5% is deductible out of the booking amount. Today we spoke to them about canceling the booking because we are unable to get the interiors done. We came to know that our money is wasted. It is not refundable. There is no way you can get that amount back. This is straight forward cheating. These charges are just because we went to their office and got the quotations done. Mind you this is rough calculations of the apartment. No measurements have been taken yet. Nobody even stepped inside the apartment. They have loads of in-experienced people who do not know what they are doing. Imagine we paid only booking amount and this happened. What would have happened if we had gone with them for the interiors.

I did my wardrobe and Kitchen .It was a good experience with very able professionals. Jaiprakash who managed the entire operations and project was excellent and very efficient and responsive to all concerns and feedback. He managed the project in a an excellent way. overall experience is good.

Design experience: designer do not go out of the box thinking,they only suggest things which are available with in homelane sample. Initial experience was very bad,I had to fight for the Order status as nobody knows the status of the project.after getting the order delivered the project manager Mr jai Prakash did the excellent job and delivered the project with in 10 days .He was was very professional, very supportive and having good experience and knowledge of his it's because of him we are able to move in the house with in time. Thanks to the project manager .keep your way of working as you are thanks

I am a resident of Ghaziabad and had opted for Homelane for our interior work. I am very happy with the quality of work and special thanks to our PM, Mr. Jaiprakash and team who made the whole execution very easy. We are a joint family living in the same house while the team was working but they made the whole execution very easy for us. The design was satisfactory and more a function of what you ask for. We could have got better options but whatever we chose has come out quite good and we are very happy with the work. Would recommend Homelane to anyone who wishes to avoid managing multiple vendors and also would be keep it under budget.

I strongly recommend not to go for homelane for your interior work. Once you make the payment, they will not pick your call. Work done by them is defective and they are not correcting these defects. Their team has sent the electrician to do the hole in the false ceiling for the lighting. I have informed them that he has not done it properly but no action is taken from their side even after the intimation. I fixed your defective work by a local vendor so why should I pay you for this work and why they have not taken the respansibility if it is on their scope. I have to spent entire day with their labours in my working day, but no one was present at site from homelane. I don’t Know what is ther review process, Electricity wiring and light on the false ceiling is on my scope than why installation is on their scope and what benefit I am getting if it would be done by you. They only call when payment has to be done. Their team has taken the measurement of the kitchen multiple times but measurement is not clear even in thier team. I have already changed the water point and electricity point multiple times. I don’t know how they have measured my remaining woodn work and what they will deliver and and how they will fit it. They dont have any knowledge at all. Labour use to come and fit the things without look at the allignment. I faced so many problems only on the false ceiling work(5 % of my order) than what will you do for the remaining order. No boday take responsibility, 3 times project manage changes, they are not aware what work is going on. Noi-I-3000688474-2

Got my interiors done just 4 months back,Intially it has supposed to be handed over 45 days as per there commitment and it was prolonged to 78 days and there are lot of issues before handing over and after handed over wardrobe shutter was repaired twice and replaced thrice. there are lot of gaps in shutters and kitchen cabinet lock was broken with in 4 days of handed over and they took 10 days to inspect itself. and after sales is worst they didn't responding even after raising the tickets.

It started when we completely booked the order and on a promise of 45 days delivery. Slowly they started showing their true colors. Once I called at around after 40 days they started saying the 45 days promise is only for the material, and all sorts of stories. Then there was 2nd lockdown. They chose to not work, which was obvious. When the lockdown started opening, they called me on 16 May 2021 and offered to fit the kitchen, to which I agreed. The workers they hired were substandard, few of them didnt know how to fix things. There were few issues, dustbin was not functioning properly, twice before the handing over of the project was the dustbin issue reported. Later, now just after 6 months, the dustbin track broke and Dustin has come out of its fixture due to its own weight. I would NOT recommend homelane to anyone. Its a sub-standard company with high costs

They are utterly unprofessional, they have only 2-3 colours of wardrobe, you ask anything different they give various reasons and try convincing to go with them, they have poor quality wood..if you somehow fall for them, they will make you pay advance and get you signed into an agreement, where its mentioned that advance is not refundable and you are in a soup and once u withdraw there real colours come out, we had a very very bad experience with these people I paid 50k and lost fully without refund. All the super reviews here about homelane are paid and they are from the employees of home lane

I paid more than 8 lakh.. But till date work not completed.. They say.. Work will be completed within 45 days.. For marketing.. Truth is.. Minimum delay is 45 days.. Designers are only for name sake.. Their behaviour and response changes once you pay amount. So please think twice before choosing Homelane.

To, HomeLane. I, Subarna Laskar (Kol-D-3000486383) made an agreement for installation of a modular kitchen 2nos of wardrobe, false ceilings for three rooms and wall color/painting, etc, on 24.03.21 with HomeLane. The work was paused due to 2nd wave of Lockdown, the project again resumed W.E.F 30.06.2021, under the supervision of a new project manager. Whether the project manager changes or not that should never be our concern. According to the contract we signed, the project should have been completed within 45 days. Yet it has been more than 50 days and the project is not nearly finished. We had requested again and again to Homelane executives since day one that we need to leave our current aboard by August 2021. Now we are being updated with a new schedule for the completion of the project on 12.09.2021. As discussed previously we need the work completed as soon as possible.

Overall experience with Home lane is very disappointing. I am currently in middle of the project and having horrible time. Kitchen appliances delivered to me took a one and half month to deliver , the hob delivered is damaged (pls see attached picture) but even after much follow up there is no response from Home lane team. Answer i get is third party from whom they take services for appliances is not responding or unprofessional. Is this my issue i have paid money to homelane not to any third party. The appliances are easily available in the market i could have purchased myself, i am regretting the day when i decided to go with homelane. Had bad experience in design phase where final quote given to me was 30% higher than initial quote with no changes asked from my side. I will not recommend anyone to go for home lane due to delays, unresponsiveness and highly unprofessionalism in their services.

I decided to go for Home Lane after reading the positive reviews, but they may be paid reviews as I am having a really bad experience. I am currently in the middle of a project and I am having a horrible time! The delay, the pricing, the unresponsiveness! I am just regretting every day of my decision to go to Home Lane for my interiors! Please stay away from these guys, you will just be part of a corporate scheme of swooping money for a below average service.

We loved the new designs and the wallpapers they brought in. They also understood what we actually wanted and got us exactly the same, recommending their services to all. Zaki our PM and team did an awesome job! Very professional, provided regular updates and took care of everything.

I am resident of Lotus Boulevard, Sector 100 Noida. I had a very good experience at the Homelane team. Zaki our PM was super helpful throughout the execution. Designer too was very patient to listen to our queries and even recommended few things which we never thought of. I am super impressed by her professionalism and her designing eye for everything. I would recommend everyone to at least pay a visit to have the experience.

We paid so much for it brand value, once project complete, there are lot of issues and they asked to raise ticket to Care dept. then shitty care dept told it is issue with installation dept and so on....they dragged for months and closed the issue without resolving it. Don't opt for this shitty service and care service, total waste and whole team is shitt! can't read drawing nor able to speak !

I don't know about overall Home Lane but certain about OMR Chennai. If there is possibility to provide negative 5 rating, I would certainly give to Home lane. Home lane would collect advance and not provide any response to you. Note, advance is non-refundable even if they don't respond and don't do anything. If you chase them 10 times, they would respond to you once to come up with new plan every time and wouldn't stick to it. Also, minimum order is Rs.1, 50, 000 so you are locked for this amount as soon as you make advance. I recommend Home Lane to people who don't care about their own time(willing to chase up as much as possible) and money which you will not get back irrelevant of who created the problem. At least I felt, this is like MLM company i.e. refer take money and then no response to your emails or calls.

It has been a good experience with Mr Jai Prakash from Noida showroom .As a Project Manager he help us a lot , explains things well and always put his all efforts to get the things Done on Time. If there will be any complaints from our side, he hear us properly and get them resolved on time and upto the utmost satisfaction level. Pathetic and worst services, I had realized in the initial stage so the loss fro me is Rs. 27299/- somewhere I guess I had some luck that had stopped me from loosing Lakhs of rupees becoz of Home Lane. When I entered into (28 March 2021) the Home Lane, receiving was very good Mr. Shashidhar he looked like so innocent and very helpful (fact is people who look innocent are always cheaters). They have assigned Designer Mrs. Anusha shared, my thought of what exactly am looking for, I was there for 4 hrs (around 2:30 pm – 6:25 pm) they designed just a normal view of the appearance for Kitchen as per my request. After completing the design Mr. Shashidhar started convincing to confirm booking with 10% advance of the quote which was provided by team,I told them that agreement was not done so I would come back once the agreement is done, they said “we are always there to help you don’t worry“ quote was not accurate as the design was just made temporarily for understanding. Mr. Phanindra entered, now all three started convincing me saying that word cost will increase twice as they already got approvals to increase but they were waiting for April 1st 2021. They had sent the quotation @ 6:02 pm, I made the payment @ 6:07 pm, quotation was sent thru the email, accessed in mobile and check the charges. Unfortunately my agreement for new property by that time it was only one time I visited , they did not even take the measurements within 15 days I had called them and informed about the situation. They said they have to go as per company policy, its already 15 days the payments were done to the project vendors, I was surprised, without out even taking measurements and nothing how can they finalize vendors and make payments, initially they said we can give vouchers in case of cancellation , I never had intention to cancel but the situation I ended was helpless, this so called National company is depending on the advances received in thousand. Even 3d design of my project was not provided, when they were showing just sample design the designer couldn’t show the colors I requested for I want understand for what reason they are charging me Rs.13599/-, balance amount of vouchers that they are providing is also another trap, to get that half amount we go and shop at urban ladder to get discounted amount I don’t know how much I had to spend to get 13599/- discount, so this is another shit. Home Lane will benefit as they get commission from Urban ladder for purchase, is this the National company. National company is looking for their revenues in thousands. Their rates are extremely high, they are quoted around 12000/- just for 2/10 false ceiling only for the box, electricity etc will not be included. They are costing Rs.15000/- 3/3 granite for hob in Kitchen. Please better do not prefer.

Then the service is impeccable, production is on time, the installation is managed smoothly by the project managers, you actually don't require to visit during the installation period. Hi, Opted for Home Lane to renovate our kitchen with Lacquered Glass option with full of excitement. Journey was bumpy where we had to have numerous sour discussions with people sitting in AC office in Noida. There have been some silly mistakes done by manufacturing facility as well. In all these odd situations, it was continuous effort from project manager Mr. Jaiprakash only which made sure the completion of renovation. Hats off to this gentleman. Home Lane really needs to improve on some basics like appropriate and practical designing to avoid mid project alterations.

We decided to go with HomeLane Noida team for our flat interior. Since our project was one of which got delayed due to lockdowns and all stuff. But I would say, if your Project Manager is well sound, eager to finish job in good notes and always their to help and advise you... You can never be wrong in your investments. We realized this when Mr Waqar helped us alot in getting our orders clear and made sure, that complete project finishes as planned excluding lockdown part.. I would definitely recommend HomeLane and especially Mr Waqar as PM for any interior project

I hired Homelane for doing interior of my flat located at Jaypee Aman, Sector 151 and it was one of the best decisions I took. The entire team is quite proficient and competent. The project manager Mr. Anil ensured that the work was done with utmost professionalism and he got my work completed well before the given timelines. Kudos to the whole team!!!

We found best service for our dream project by Homelane. We are happy with Sales executive Mr Waris. The main person who came to picture in mid of designing phase was Mr Anil Sharma ( project manager). He is so hardworking guy . He will support you when you are stuck at any point. After installation Mr Anil is also ready for any support. Mr Anil helps us to complete all works before time.

Till I made my initial advance payment of 10%, they assured me that they will take care of everything which suddenly changed to only non-civil work, non plumbing work, non shifting work and lot of other not in their capacity work, but as the initial payment was non-refundable I agreed and made the 40% payment after designing phase, and the rest 50% before installation. And then it all started. To my surprise, the designer smartly removed one unit from my quote which was a major requirement from day 1 and was a part of every discussion even just before I made the final payment. For me, the payment I made includes the price of that unit and was a major factor for me to go ahead with the project in that amount. The company representatives are not giving me any solution and after repeatedly contacting them, have stopped responding to my calls also. I do not have any option but to accept it as it is as I have already made the complete payment but I want to warn everyone reading this about the kind of fraud a company can do. Even if you are extremely busy and not clear about their terminologies like masking, D2, 2d drawing, 3d drawing, please get them thoroughly checked by someone who is aware of these terminologies and also get each and every component of your quote checked in detail by someone outside the organization even when you have to pay that person a little amount. Also attaching herewith the images of the wardrobe we have received as a part of the project just to let you know the finishing for which we have received the feedback that it will be like this. Will not recommend anyone I care about. They spoiled my kitchen look and my guest room. For them it might be just a project gone bad (according to the feedback we are receiving from them) but for me it is life long savings gone completely waste. My old kitchen and wardrobe was anytime more beautiful than this weird new construction.

Very worst experience, requested for cancellation since 3 weeks. No one will respond properly. Once you pay 10% of money nobody will bother. We only have to follow up for everything. Booked by paying 60 k.. and now for cancellation they are not responding for anything Worst ever experience we had.

Last year we visited them, we were on way to finalize a house, we had just visited them they told us to give some advance , we said our house was not finalized, their people said just give us Rs 5000 advance we will return incase you house deal does not go through, you will get a good discount now. I wouldn't recommend homelane to anybody. False timekines given at the time of sales and booking and during the design stage time line changes. Buy then you are stuck since you have paid 10% booking amount which is non refundable. Then lot of changes happen which they say is not in scope or homelane. I was shocked as I was asked to get some things done through my own carpenter as it suddenly became out of their scope. Please feel free to call me on 9004477556 before finalising Homelane. Firstly they have a fixed modus operadi to give initial small quote then inflate it some fixed additions which they have missed out. Then they will convince you to get some electrical job done and at the end when they give you the contract post payment it will be mentioned there that due to electrical work 45 days work completion guarantee is not valid. Moreover I gave them my kitchen after taking 100% payment they said the counter top I choose is not available and forced me to take some other counter top, their electrician came and fixed two boards in my kitchen for which I paid. Next day I found they took money from me and stole the boards fixed in my balcony and fixed it. They later admitted the theft and returned the board. Before giving them a try call me at 9830222272.

This is my life first review, but I feel the urge to write this. Everybody hires a interior designer to get ideas and customization and these people totally lack in this. You give them the 10% advance and then all their first meet commitments change. All of sudden they would mention that Homelane does no customization since theirs is a modular factory made furniture. “We don’t do carpentry work” this is what they say. They have a fixed set of furniture and ideas which they try to fit in all apartments. They have nothing to suggest as per site. They don’t know how to accommodate your requirements. They are ready to do nothing except to fit in their straight fixed size units in your house. They have no workaround options available for anything. I started with them in march 2020 and till date the design couldn’t finalize. I invested so much time till date in designing part that i feel why the heck did i hire these people. We are undergoing D2 phase and i really doubt if i should go ahead with them or not. Every call/meet, they have a new restriction. A fresher interior designer could better than these people. These people charge you 40% money advance before even sharing the designs. I doubt once i pay them, their design would even change as they would easily deviate from what they said prior to your payment and you would have no proof. I wasted so much of my time investigating and searching designs myself over internet. This is full waste of money. I never would suggest anyone to hire Homelane for their interiors.

I usually do not write Google reviews, but my experience and ongoing harassment compels me to write one. I thought I will wait till the interior work in my flat was completed by the Homelane team, but this deserves to be out sooner. I. Please do not get your interior designing done by their lead designer NAMEETA ACHALKAR ([email protected]) ever! You may opt for any designer but her. She is the most careless and will give you the most impractical designs. She makes major errors in the quotation preparation for which I had to pay 20,000 INR extra. She completely forgot to discuss important issues with us as to what should be the color/design of the wardrobe end-panel (she will put in what she thinks is best), consequences of having a sink with 5mm protrusion from the quartz slab in the kitchen (there will be water leakage all over the slab while washing utensils, which is very annoying), covering the kitchen chimney and so on. She is least bothered and does not give a damn about the trouble you face later because of errors made on her part. II. The Homelane team at Hebbal really needs to get their act together and be a lot more proactive – 1. You have to make the entire payment for the décor being done at your place, otherwise the items from the warehouse are not dispatched for installation – this is something I majorly dislike. No wonder the team loses interest in the problems you are facing post-installation. 2. The Homelane team does not pay for damages they introduce in your brand new flat as a result of the interior work. The ceiling and walls were ruined with red marks all over (the workers had used a red pen to make markings for the false ceiling work!). I reached out to the Homelane team and was informed that they recommend a final round of painting post-installation (which was not discussed with us, as expected from them!). They did not take any action (as expected) and I had to arrange for painting (cost me 7000 INR). 3. The sales manager of the Homelane team at Hebbal, Ms. CHUMKI CHATTERJEE ([email protected]) is least bothered and never reachable. I have tried reaching her by email (email bounced) and through Whatsapp on 29 May 2020 (see screenshot) about the problems I faced with wardrobe installation, but Madam is too busy it seems, no response yet (please note she has seen the messages)! 4. They create a Whatsapp group to show that they will keep you updated and be very involved with the project work – BUT, let me tell you very frankly, no one gives a damn! The ONLY person who actively responds is the on-site manager Mr. LALITH! He is a savior and I feel blessed that he is a part of our project team. Must say he is ALWAYS reachable, so involved and ever ready to help. Such a quality is rare to find! Needless to say, after we have reported errors with the wardrobe installation, the designer NAMEETA ACHALKAR has stopped checking messages on the group. There are other people in the group, who are silent spectators to the harassment you are facing (for example, the design manager, Ms. Srividya B S, [email protected]). III. We opted for a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe for our master bedroom. Unfortunately, NAMEETA ACHALKAR messed it up- Inspite of repeatedly telling her that we want a brass colored/finish wardrobe (like one of the display wardrobes in the showroom), she put grey colored end panels for the wardrobe (what she thought best). She keeps lying about this and refuses to accept her error. Now we have brass bordered shutters (which is what we had requested, please note she remembered to put brass bordered shutters) paired with a dull grey wall mount (which designer would pair brass and grey!!??). To add on to our worries, the wardrobe shelves and end panels have scratch marks all over and look worn out. Besides, there are alignment errors and fitting issues. Now I am being informed that I have to pay to rectify defects in the wardrobe. Please be very careful about these issues when you visit Homelane. Best, Dr. Saloni Sinha

Homelane is kind of fraudulent company they just make you book with and then arm twist to charge you higher in the name of specifications. Me and my wife had such a horrible experience with them lately (Customer ID Gur-A-3000082992) and advise people to forbid them at all cost. They introduced an naive interior with almost zero experience and no knowledge about requirement designing and material and its pricing. This designer promised us and confirmed us that she has added all the specification as per our discussion( which is couldn't comprehend from quotation because it was little technical) but when we went in actual selection she said this is not available and that is not available and i reduced this material to save cost without informing us. Our final quotation cost increased by 30% and we have to cut down on so many thing which we were assured that it has been taken into consideration while giving the quotation and taking the booking amount. Just give you an example how come a designer doesn't know about filer plate and forget to take the cost. how come a designer confuse between rolling shutter and door shutter etc (this list is very long) Now to amaze, this desginer has been transferred and we have been give another fellow who claims that he has been part of my quotation and making me loose my had earned money in the name of HOMLANE. Looking for a 0 star button. I have all the watsapp chat and mails if anyone needs in person for this horrible torture for over 5 months. A big NO. Completly wasted my 6.5 lakhs, also suffered damaged in my flat. Sharing my last mail with them. Please find my findings and concerns below at each stage. Design: Many designs which I wanted to customize were not happening [I was not able to utilize my kitchen as to how other people did in my apartment] D2 was not carried out properly to realize the fact of what is not possible [The MBR vanity failed because of this. I was not able to use the washbasin] The final quote was double that of the initial quote. I raised this concern earlier also at HL office. Since I already did booking I was trapped here. The designer was not visiting the site to check if the work is going as design or not. Communication: Whatsapp group was very unresponsive to my queries and concerns [Attached is the Whatsapp chat backup]. I need you to go through it so that you can validate all my point mentioned in this mail. Email responses were late. [I can share them, but I guess you already have them] Implementation Flaws: There were incorrect hinges added up in kitchen, Living room Incorrect shelves were added in the living Soft-close was not functional in many units My Temple unit was very differently done from the design. It does not match at all. I feel completely lost here. Crockery unit is very badly done. It is still not complete when I am writing this mail to you Wrong granite was installed. I mean common, are these are high during installation PM was not available many times when the work was being done. For wallpapers and other rectification, I had to take leave from office to be present here. Even for wallpapers, the guys were asking me "Sir which wall and which wallpaper". I have proof of that as well. Will show you at the site. Concerns: Even after telling 100 times to save the tiles from damage cover with a sheet, it was not done as a result of which my living, MBR and pathway tiles are damaged and scratched There were two holes done in MBR but was not informed to me, Later I inspected and checked. Drilled places were left unpainted and finishing was missing Ex: Crockery, MBR wall Even after paying the amount for the granite, HL installed something else There were lies spoken to me to get things done, like: Primer Painting was not done, Snaglist SignOff: "Sir, if you sign it your pending work will be done in a week" I will be also raising this concern to our Association and Prestige Group as well It was supposed to complete on [handover] 26th March, and it's 3rd May when I am writing this mail to you. Only reasons I went with HL was I didn't want any headache of work done and my self-monitoring. But it turned out to be another way around.

Hello, Homelane offers pathetic service and i along with few others from my society had worst experience with homelane. I will also explain how homelane ‘s 45 days guarantee which they offer is not honoured because they will find some or other flaw in works contract that they ask you to sign . My whole journey began when i was looking for interior of my flat and i went to homelane showroom in hyderabad . After initial interaction , they assigned a designer to me who was supposed to design everything for me. However i find ideas substandard and lacked creativity . In fact most of ideas were given by me as we approached later stage. Add to that , designer later asked me to change design feedback to ‘very good’ (imagine ) which i complained again and was then escalated .and designer was scolded..Ok so design phase over. 10% money was taken advance which is NON-REFUNDABLE if you later dont like there work 2nd phase came production - they charge 40% money before starting work. And before production they DEMAND 100% MONEY (yes you cant do anything after this) There was over 15 days delay in starting production(all these in-spite of 45 days promise for which they has secret clauses i will explain later ) . Remember i have to everyday follow up with homelane multiple times on status of materials, timings etc etc . Also they take full money in advance before starting work (so that you dont have any say later and they can delay as much as they want!) The materials came delayed and then installation was supposed to start. I also called multiple times and by time the senior delivery manager from homelane got added to whatsapp work group and assured me sppedy installation. Now comes installation part - which is again a night mare 1>Horrible people , no coordination between installation manager, delivery manager , project manager and the workers. They come at whatever time they want. 2>Since They take 100% money in advance, you are left with no choice but to daily follow up with everyone and do work of project coordinator who sits in AC room and is hardly bothered 3> You need to followup 100 times with everyone and remain them their job. 4> EVEN after HEAD OF HYDERABAD , assuring me speedy work - it was delayed over 2 months. 5>Every time you escalate , you get a new deadline which is never honored . No one seems to be bothered as my delivery got delayed for 2 months 6>They charge high compared to everyone still worst service Now coming to 45 days promise written in bold letters on website. When they delayed my work and i called them , the project head guy told dont worry you will get refund for delay . Even installation manager keep saying we will compensate for delay in wood work only till point QC is done. Once work was done after 2 months delay and i approached for delay compensation , i got a call saying we reviewed your case, and you are not eligible for any compensation because you opted for false ceiling and in our WORKS CONTRACT it is written that if we do anything apart from wood work , 45 days promise is not applicable !!! i was stunned. SO basically if you ask homelane to do interior , they may outsource work to some vendors and then they will not be liable under 45 days. They can delay any amount of time they want . They delayed almost 2 months after me running behind all senior guys and mailing and Facebook . So basically homelane outsources most of non furniture work and some furniture work(like dining table) to vendors. And if they outsource they will not honor 45 days in-spite of delay from their end. SO they charge whole money in advance, and they have no liability as per their terms and conditions if they outsource even a smalled thing to a vendor. Smart guys wont tell you anything before but will include few secret clauses in works contract so that any delay claim you wont get. Same experience with 2 other people in society - horrible service . Unprofessional. As a consumer, my advise STAY AWAY! They make false promises to complete work in 45 days for me they delayed 2 months and then refused to pay compensation(at end) stating i opted for false ceining and if i do that , its not under 45 days guarantee!! Dear Team Homelane, I'm flabbergasted by the way your organization works and the professionalism of your team members. Did raise a series of issues regarding the work done in my apartment and have received virtually no response. With hardly 60 days of completion of work I see bubbles in the kitchen Cabinet. There were a gamut of issues which were raised during installation of the wardrobe, where the production team headed by Mr. Rammurthy...blames the designer Mr Sairam and the designer blames the production team, in turn. I have raised these issues through your support service on 26th May and was contacted by Mr Naveen from your CRM...A watsapp group was created and I was asked to share the photographs on it...( no one visited my house ) Post 15 days Mr Naveen removed me from the group with a message " Forwarded to project team and they will Call You" I haven't received a single call or response since then. For me I am writing as the work is ongoing at present even after 45 days of agreement (completed on 18 May). Even after telling many times Home lane is not bothered to send few more workers as they have fixed to only 2 workers per day which is taking so long and not sure how many more days it will take as there is no one to monitor or to respond to our queries. Every time we call you get a response that "We will look in to it. Definitely not expected this from Homelane. Absolutely awful! Recently, we got in touch with Homelane in Thuraipakkam, seeking their services. We wanted to expand our shoe rack and also have a customised study unit for one of the bedrooms. We were told in the beginning that we cannot avail their services unless their minimum quote of 1 lakh plus was met with. A person from their office came home and checked with us, got all the details, took pictures and left. She repeatedly told us that the minimum quote needs to be met with and that we will have to drop into their office to discuss further details. We were very clear about our expectations and we were open to the idea that they may not take up the project since the numbers may not add up to make their necessary cut. After leaving, this person did not bother to get back to us. Repeated phone calls were not attended and she kept cutting our calls. Today, when I went in person she says their minimum required quote wasn’t met with and so they didn’t pursue the project. I have no issues with them not taking the project. They were absolutely unprofessional in the way they dealt with the customer. They took pictures and discussed the design details and did all that small talk but did not have the basic courtesy or professionalism to get back to us and inform us that they weren’t going to take up the job. Highly disappointed! Please do not seek their services if you have a choice!

Got our furnished by Homelane(ex Capricoast)

We got our interior work done through CapriCoast(Fortune Furnish contract) in May, 2017, since we got our installation done, we are having one or the other issue. We even reached out to Homelane center and contacted helpcare via email, however till date there is no response. The vendor does not pick the calls, nor acknowledge our requests. Visited in person multiple times. Its very dishearthening to know the after care customer service offered by companies like yours. Without knowing the vendors, we belive and handover the work to players like you, expecting quality and support, by paying a premium for the services offered/availed. You being a market space, dont you think customer satisfaction should be your highest priority? The master bedroom Wardrobe door has bent and unabe to slide, we have an 1.5 yr old baby and few times she is hurt by it. Now I fear if the door would fall anytime, as the bend is too much. Again and again I'm posting these, as I am left with no other option or contact to reach out to bail us out from this situation. We visited the Fortune Furnish contractor of Ex- Capricoast and currently your contrator three weeks back. We sat back in the office and stayed out their for long time. Finally they sent carpenter to remove the doors of wardrobe. Its been more than 3 weeks, Fortune Furnish has taken back the door for modifications/replacement. Till now, they are not receiving the call from us, neither responded to the messages.
