Along with so many outlets across the country, there is also an online retail e-commerce store at the reach of a click to their numerous customers.

They have mobile phones, e-book readers, power banks, to smart watches. For all of your computing needs, you can easily browse through their wide collection of laptops, desktops, printers, computer software, and computer accessories.

Televisions, gaming consoles, home theatre systems, headphones and earphones for your entertainment. They have advanced cameras, lens and filters, memory cards and even binoculars for people who appreciate the beauty around them through the camera lens.

To cook faster and more efficiently, Croma provides microwaves and ovens, cooktops, toasters, and new age cooking technology like air fryers for healthier food. Washing machines, dishwashers, water purifiers and vacuum cleaners are also there if you want to keep your home spick and span.

Croma is a bit on the pricier side. Sometimes, their products cost more than the MRP, for no reason at all. The online retail website is a big problem that Croma has to fix.

They have a notorious reputation for delivering defective products, with no assistance provided for refunds or replacement. Sometimes, the staff at the outlets do not have the required technical knowledge, and thus are unable to help the customer properly.

Although offline purchasing from Croma is much better, there is a need for improvement there too.
