I purchased over $3000 of "NEW" items. upon painstakingly looking over the clothing I found rips, tears, stains, broken zippers, missing buttons etc. At least 33% of the items were non saleable trash. Most even had damaged tags on them ! Maybe BULQ should hire a couple more employees to review items before passing on trash to buyers! Avoid these guys! Order a pallet from a BULQ website. Website list all the item in manifest and description of items. Never buy from BULQ. I felt that Company is doing scam to include most valuable item in the pallet and not sending it and refund you nothing compare to what you paid. I ordered a pallet of monitors (total 17 items). I ordered the pallet because there was one big monitor which is worth the pallet. (DELL 37.5inch monitor).When I received the pallet, I am missing the dell 37.5 monitor which is the most valuable item in the pallet. Now, I lost my money because other items are not worth much and BULQ refund me 10% money of Dell monitor. I felt that they are getting rid of other crappy items by wrong advertise, refund you portion of money for not receiving the item and you are stuck with other crap which worth as junk. LOST BIG TIME, NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM BULQ.

My bulq box was supposed to have 159 brand new items. It only had 141. It cost $207 with shipping. Many items were missing from the manifest, higher ticket items that I had banked on reselling. Some items were returns that had been used. Packaged items were missing things. I contacted them and had to put a manifest together with claimed items, pictures of damaged or open items, make a list of all affected lp numbers, and submit it back to them within 7 days. I did it and they said my missing items came up to $14 and some change but they would give me $30...how generous!! Not!

First, if you pick and choose correctly, you can get some great buys. I buy only for my family (I have lots of children and grandchildren) and what I have left over I give to a local ministry for the homeless. There's no way you could sell much of this merchandise online. Maybe at a flea market or garage sale, but not online. Here's my interpretation of some of Bulq's terms, and some comments: Brand New - Most boxes crushed, pieces missing. Toys - uninspected - bought two cases, most went into the trash because of missing parts and broken pieces. The kids actually asked me not to buy these any more. Bath and Bedding - this one is actually usable. Got some great sheet sets, comforters, etc. from these boxes. Electric items - most do not work and go straight into the trash. If there's an iron, for example, in a kitchen box, I know it's probably not going to work and going into the trash. Health and beauty - be careful and be ready to work. Almost every single box I have gotten, a bottle has opened and is poured all over the box. Standing at the sink for two or three hours washing off the shampoo is a real pain. Also beware of eye shadows. They are almost always broken and you get fine powder all over everything. Sometimes it can be washed off, and sometimes it can't. Thank God I'm not selling any of this stuff. Glass - Got a box of candles. All the ones in a metal container were dented. All the ones in a glass container were broken. There were glass shards all through the box and through everything else. Unknown - General Merchandise - Dollar store items and plain trash. I have purchased 12 boxes. This quality is consistent. I continue to buy because there are certain boxes that can be donated straight to the homeless and the poor in our community. And certain boxes I use for family (mostly bed and bath items). If you buy from Bulq, remember that they have a sister site, Blinq. What they can't sell on Blinq, goes to Bulq. In other words, they cherry pick the best to sell on Blinq and sell the rest in lots at Bulq. This is almost all Target merchandise which is not name brand. Maybe you can sell it at a yard sale for a dollar or two, but you're not going to make much money off it. When you watch the unboxing videos, these people think they can sell these items for a certain amount of money, but be careful. There was one woman who got something like 25 Brady Bunch games. She was all excited. She thought she was going to sell them for $10 each. Well, Amazon has them listed for less than $9, and they have two stars. eBay has over 200 of them listed for sale, and under their completed items 23 out of 119 sold, most under $7 and with free shipping. How much will she make from them? Not much by the time she pays the fees and the shipping.

This company offers wholesale returns, overstock and excess merchandise. They boast a 98% accurate manifest or they will refund the difference but what they hid in the small print is that they only say the merchandise will be in there. Not that it's actually what They advertise it to be, or what it's actually worth. An example, I purchased a pallet from that that include a MK purse valued at $240. What I received was a knockoff Chinese bag valued at 40 on Groupon. When I wrote to complain that the manifest was inaccurate, I was told I should have googled the upc to find the correct item. ( the link they sent to me showed the Groupon ad, not the actual product ) The product upc does not come up when googling alone. I also stated that the retail value was highly inflated and they said we don't base our gaurantee on retail pricing. So this pallet is supposed to be worth x amount of dollars but because the merchandise is not what is listed on the manifest, it ends up being worth much less and you spend top dollar on the product. I have purchased from them numerous times and have had an issue work every purchase from them. When you do get a refund, it's minimal at best. Stay away from this company, very shady business practices and customer service is very unlikely to assist when inaccuracies are found.

I love BULQ for my ebay and poshmark businesses. The app is great because you can review all of the manifest details and see product photos. I don't sell on amazon, but they provide the ASIN which is helpful for list prices anyway. Imagine there's more to it if you sell on that platform! You can do all of your research before you buy. Shipping on cases is only $30, very affordable, and generally very fast within a couple of days. On their home page it says they work with big retailers like Target, Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond and Groupon. The brand names are really great and whenever I've had an issue with a missing item or wrong condition, I've been helped with the manifest guarantee that they offer. I haven't found another company with that level of support in the liquidation world.
