I ordered Vanilla Protein Powder and I received atta with insect. I returned it and Big Basket is accusing me of changing the product to atta. they did not investigate the delivery guy or the management where the product is kept, they just assume I changed the product. I feel defeated because no one was open to listen to reason. bunch of irrational people.
