Deliveries not fast enough

They proudly mentioned instant delivery in all of their ppan details but it hasnt worked that way for me at least yet. The deliveries arent too late but never at time either. They are nowhere near instant for sure. Maybe it would help if they could either fasten them up or just remove their claims. I dont speak for anyone else tho so i don't know if the problem is exclusive to me or happens with others as well.
